Description
El Nino didn't deluge Southern California, but it was strong enough to let the wildflowers come out to play. This particular colony is in the Santa Monica Mountains, on land held by the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy in the public trust. Without the Conservancy, this would probably be a driveway.
